Self-Discipline

Ok so yesterday I was on the urge to put a print out together to look back on about “self-discipline”. That seems to be the hardest thing to develop, in which is the number one from keeping us on reaching our health and fitness goals. It’s not something that appears overnight, it’s just like a muscle, it needs to be worked, Consistently, in order to develop. It’s something everyone can develop, it’s not “something your born with or not born with.” And when you start disciplining yourself with other things in life besides health/fitness, it’ll form new healthy habits to a bright future and you’ll accomplish your goals, knowing you’re doing what Needs to be done, even if you don’t feel like it or don’t want to. It really is not easy to do certain things that don’t sound appealing, but when you do, and repeatedly do, you’ll find it gets easier and easier over time and the results of the actions will make you outstandingly happier and mentally and physically stronger.

I recommend printing this page out so you can look back at some quotes to remind you and then make a list on areas in your life where you can start disciplining yourself and then make specific to do lists in order to keep self on track relating to the list above and note the changes and success and what you learn about yourself during the process! By the way I added my gymnastics quotes to it  of course because I love the movie STICK IT! Lol!
